    Hopsin’s latest single has just dropped accompanied by a music video.

    This shocked me, a major step up in his artistry that I haven’t seen in a long time from him; from the production, to the hook, to the writing.

    Enjoyed this one a lot.

    I know a lot of people are either on the fence or completely despise this man’s music but give this one a shot.

    This is great, really great. Great content, great execution and this video is top notch.

    I'm impressed.

    The way this beat transitioned to Ill Mind 5 melody for a brief moment was hot. Also he flowed exactly like in Ill Mind 5 in that part.

    Cool song and concept but the video is next level. Creatively it’s genius and the editing puts most professionals to shame.

    Hopsin made it to the cusp of popularity in 2012 and thought it would be a good idea to make a song bashing s--- that normal kids do just because he was an outcast still jaded about high school/college s--- as a 27 year old lmao

    Maybe they will. Hop seems to be interested in the same types of rappers... Joyner, Kendrick and Cole lol.

    He's technically done this sort of thing before with the self criticism but he seems a bit more aware of the memes surrounding him.

    It’s definitely similar in terms of formula but a step up in quality at least, his last few singles (except for Your House) have been the best stuff he’s put out since Raw.

    I’ve never had that much of an issue with his sound, only the fact it’s a repetitive formula. The issues I’ve had is his writing which always seemed to stem from his lack of perception, whining about situations in a very immature standpoint & pointing flaws out in the circumstances as if he’s completely blameless & hard done to which appears to have changed. He’s finally caught that most of his problems are internal, not external.

    A change in sound/content could be needed but at the same time I feel like he suits this lane more than all of his peers & he is also never credited for not only being 1 of the first in this category (Logic’s, Joyner’s, Token’s, NF’s etc) but doing it all on his own. I prefer personal struggle & rappity rap music from him than pseudo-woke music, that’s embarrassing every time.
