    whats the difference between repeating "king kunta" and "all day n-----" if they both serve their purpose?

    what exactly is the subject matter tho? I cant seem to pick up a central theme..but ive been trying not to overplay it as well.

    they're both songs about defiantly celebrating yourself...the subject matter isn't really "better" for either one. As far as the lyrics go, to start, All Day has more in general, so it's weird to compare. And although kendrick's may seem more concise in that sense, but was wrong with kanye's writing on all day? he was self-aware, funny, intense when he needed to be, and then sat in the backseat for the incredible last 2 mins.

    They both have similar subject matter.. Kendrick is saying he's on top of the game & Ye is basically saying the same Kendrick is saying it but giving us reasons why & proving it.. The kanye is just saying random clever funny lines saying that he is... I just think Kendrick executed the subject matter better.. Its my opinion you're entitled to yours as well..
