Not sure anyone here cares but slipknot is working on a new album. it's pretty cool a band as far along as they are to put out an album so late in their career were most of their fan base agrees it's either their best or top 3 with their last one is cool so I'm looking forward to whatever they do next. Fun side fact Corey Taylor is a huge fan of the rapper who wears the kangol hat 24/7 and loved Kamikaze when it came out. Corey Taylor talked about how the album inspired them on their last album saying something like "no one in rock takes control like that and shuts everyone the f--- up anymore and we want to be that band"



The album is awesome and for sure either their second or third best album

Big loss in the metal community but it's nice to see everyone come together and embrace him as a drummer. Slipknot was a gate way for so many people into metal that was more heavy and aggressive then traditional rock. Slipknot in a lot of ways is the Eminem of rock as in a huge part of metal listeners think of slipknot as cringe and are embarrassed by the fact they were ever a huge fan of them. I'm sure this is a big loss to the band even though he hasn't been apart of the band for some time.

What's your favorite slipknot album? I only heard a few of their songs but never an album so I wouldn't mind checking them out

Also we had a conversation in a different thread about Paramore and I'm listening through their discog again and I was wondering what your ranking of their albums would be
