Hello s80, my favorite forum and my 2nd family, how are you?
so last time i came around, I attempted to bring back Off topic
we announced a lot of cool plans to bring activity back and had tons of surprises ,
it was gonna be iconic and i was really excited to get it going. well when i made the announcement, it didn't go as planned the forum rejected these plans. i should not of been surprised because of the on going smear campaign against me. it started last year after I won MVP and lifetime achievement award. we had an election and my views didn't align with the majority of the forum. i made the mistake to think i was alllowed to disagree and have an opinion. i guess i was so caught up in what i was doing that i didn't notice that 5 or so members were very upset at my type of politics and were using the forum to create change.. i didnt really wanna get too much into the debates because really im not so political i just want what i think is best for my family and my country.. well some of these posters spend their lifes posting about their views and i shouldn't of questioned them. but being such a prominent member, the damage was done, especially after I questioned lil nas and his sex change, i was just trying to understand but instead i left even more confused.

i was harrassed for months, threatened, banned and eventually JMG was cancelled. i didn't wanna accept it. i even tried to change my views but that didnt work either.. people dug up a lot of bad things i did years ago, things that i dont wanna remember, things we even moved on from and awarded me for all the good I have done. since day 1, my only intention was to entertain but in todays climate I have become limited, things have gotten to personal and i just am not comfortable here anymore. i used to not care and thrive on the hate, but im just not that guy anymore. being JMG used to just be an escape from me, but lately i been trying to escape from JMG. I never asked to be a forum legend, but it happened and I had too much fun in all my years. I am constantly thinking of new ways to keep it going, the legacy, all the time spent and work i put in. the legendary moments were a high i kept chasing, the attention, all to just eventually be forgotten. ive been at a dead end for awhile playing this character, but its also been a story where u can find inspiration, we will talk about those moments in more in the coming weeks but today I am finally announcing that I will be retiring from posting officially on May 6th, which we have celebrated as JMG day for the last 7 years. 15 years total since I made my first post, I will be soon making my last.
