    Em would have to keep dropping hits to be in these charts or even go to or perform at these Award shows again.

    Only time we might see him is at the Europe Music awarda since his fanbase overseas is pretty dedicated and other rappers are les known.

    I remember Eminem selling out a stadium in the UK with Revival in like 2018 and 50 Cent selling out a stadium in Australia that same year with only Yayo. Overseas fans are loyal af.

    I think Snoop also goes on a lot of tours overseas as well.

    No I mean the list is literally who sold the most records. It's billboard so my assumption is that it's completely quantitative/objective using sales as a metric, no editorializing.
