    Bro. Absolutely not. SSEP/LPera Em is during the height of his powers. His features were insane during that period too.

    I understand how a g-unit fan could prefer Lloyd Banks over Cam’ron but objectively it’s not even close.

    yeah its arguable SSLP remains em's best album, second only to maybe relapse lol. nothing against mtbmb its solid late career work, middle of the peak considering the high highs and v low lows.

    and cam is incredible lol. the new j cole album suffers immensesly whenever cam stops speaking

    I don't even hate Banks like that, his music is cool, but he's not better than Cam. Like, objectively. Banks couldn't dream of making anything even in the same universe as Purple Haze.

    I agree with Dipset > G Unit, obviously, but as a solo rappers, Lloyd s----s all over Cam, there's a reason why he's called PLK

    And Em, he's way more talented now, better content, way more skilled, his punchlines and metaphors are way more clever, flow is insane, back then he was just riding a beat smooth with shock value driven bars, sometimes funny and that's it (SSLP). I do think TES/8 Mile was his peak tho

    People tend to praise SSLP cause it made him famous and it was something new in Hip-Hop (was it really tho, Busta, Redman?), but Em grew up a lot and simply made better album

    Depends on what 'rapper' means to you. Yeah he can rap. Other than that he's boring and has no personality. I've picked 'No' but I can see why many would pick 'Yes', if rapping is all they care about. There is more to being an artist though. Can't really explain it but you just have to have 'it'. Some kind of star factor, let it be charisma or being entertaining or whatever but Jon Connor lacks all of this.
