Freshman year of high school I wore a Dennis Rodman Rodzilla t-shirt to school and got picked on BAD. Like real bad. I almost took a sick day the next day cuz I was so embarrassed.



Senior year I wore a D12 shirt to school and got picked on pretty bad for that too. I only wore both those shirts in public once and never touched them again.

I was quite the comedian when I was a child. Shortly before my Dad remarried, I would often tell this tale of how children need their parents around to do things like help them wipe on the toilet, cook food, and drive them around and whatever. I was probably 4 or 5 when he remarried and they wanted me to get up on stage and do my little rant at the reception. I got up there in front of the microphone, said "Kids need parents to help them wipe," heard my own prepubescent toddler a--- voice for the first time echo through a silent reception hall, and froze like a deer caught in the headlines. I managed to mumble out few umm's after that before rushing off the stage.

Not too bad of a cringe story as I was just a little guy but it's my first time feeling truly embarrassed and self-conscious.
