I have fond memories of D12 World. I managed to get tickets to the album release party in London. A little venue that held 1500 at full capacity. Em wasnt meant to be there but he was. This was at the height of his celebrity so to perform just for 1500 was huge.

He performed his verse of Git Up acapella (this was before the album was released and it hadn't leaked yet so this was new) and then rewound and played the whole song with everyone.

Also the night I held Proof up when he crowd surfed.

First 100 people through the doors got goody bags. Nothing special, a t shirt, post cards etc. Nothing signed. Still gotta most of the stuff somewhere.

I went with a black girl as well, we were front row. This was when all the racist stuff was front page news and he went to throw his sweaty towel into the crowd, saw her and literally just handed it to her. She's still got it to this day.

now people say that two albums in a year is a lot, and in 2004 it was 2 albums in half a year.
