I know there isn't some hard rule for it, but do you think you live a healthy lifestyle?

Eating, sports, relaxing/stress reducing etc etc. I made some changes this past year, not sure how much I'll benefit but still.

And if yes or no, why?

My healthy lifestyle is like a f---ing rollercoaster quite frankly.

Some months I'm super healthy and just east white meat and vegetables. Then I spiral and pig out on sugar and bread. Can't seem to find a happy medium.

I'm in my sugar and bread phase right now. :emoji_frowning2:

    Probably a 6/10

I started working from home in March 2020 due to COVID-19 — still working from home now. Activity level has decreased big time. Trying to incorporate more activity into my days though.

Meals tend to be OK, usually toast for breakfast, something light for lunch, then fish/chicken with vegetables for dinner. Portion size could use some work but my girl cooks like it’s our last meal lol

it’s the liquor that gets me. whiskey g---

Haven't got time for gym at the moment just far too f---ing busy/prioritising work over it as I need to get better at it yesterday. Just do normal health foods and walk more due to it.

It was pretty healthy before I got covid in May tbh. Was doing intermittent fasting, making food at home, Measuring my protein intake and killing workouts.

now I eat out and snack a lot. Still haven’t let go of lifting heavy though so I guess I got that going for me.

I'm vegetarian, try to do 6 workouts a week (3 x fullbody with weights, 3 x cardio) and I rarely drink soft drinks anymore. I think I'm healthy enough. Once uni starts again I probably won't have much time for all the workouts tho

I have a home gym so cardio everyday try to lift weights almost everyday I used to have such a deep love for fitness and did my best to look how I wanted but no time when you're a dad. I also used to eat very very healthy and clean but now I feel like I ruin whatever work I do put in by eating like s--- and try to tell myself "it's not to gain muscle or cut anymore but it's to stay the same" as in not gain weight etc. I feel like the dad bod is in but not where I want to be headed yet lol.
