    Excited but why are they not using the mask? Trailer didn't look like anything special but I still have hope.

    No Mask or Voice, it's not Scream..sorry. 'Hoodie Slasher' sounds more appropriate.

    Not gory enough to top the greatest slashers, whole serie got some pretty lame k--- scenes, cant remember was there anything else than stabs and gun shots, the arrow scene in friday the 13th is way more cooler than any stab. Or huge drill as weapon like in slumber party massacre trilogy is better than knife. Scream dude should've used machetes and decapitate people.
    Not corny enough to top the greatest slashers, twists are corny but not like the whole plot in jason x or nightmare on elm street dream warriors or Halloween 5
    And like hella more legendary slashers out there like og prom night or prowler, scream movies havent aged well
    And from the slasher revival era I know what you did last summer is the best movie. Or jason x

    I know some horror fans with very, very questionable taste, but you might just take the cake as the worst @lilodagod

    Only a handful of slashers are better than Scream. It doesn't have inventive k--- scenes, but is that what we're using to judge movies now? You mention Prom Night as an OG? Bruh. Jason X one of the best modern slashers?

    Og prom night is from 1980 and jason x is super fun. You got jason in space killing people, amazing flick.

    Best thing about scream was all the funny genre things but as a slasher its not great

    first film was great. 2 and 3 were a bit iffy but i enjoyed number 4. Would rather a scream 5 tbh

    just dont think of it as scream think of it as a completely new show who jus stole the idea of scream and adapted it to a tv series

    The Scream movies were awesome for the most part. 3 wasn't that good, but I liked 4.

    Lol @ someone mentioning Jason X, I remember I saw that in theaters and thought it s----d. My mom thought I was going to see a gay porno when I told her the name.

    is involved but hes not directing it he might be showrunner im not sure but i know hes involved somehow and kevin williamson is not involved sadly :emoji_slight_frown:

    I wasn't on board to begin with (it's on MTV for f---s sake), then I heard they weren't using the Ghostface mask (wtf!?) and now Wes isn't even directing!? I mean...wtf are you there for then!? lmfao

    yo if you havnt watch it do its really good and the mask is incorporated really good aswell i think this show is actually gonna be great the full season trailer came out and it looks great you should really watch it mate
