Juice WRLD was my favourite new school rapper.

Its a real shame he passed away would have been interesting how his career would have went.
We hard heard too many somngs now about drugs & death now though.
    Its all too repetitive.

Why did it feel like now was the right time to release Fighting Demons instead of holding onto it a little longer?

Bibby: We had the documentary coming, and this was the best music to fit the documentary. And while we’ve got all the eyeballs, I wanted to put out the right music that has a message in the music for the kids. I always want to help. I know Juice did a lot of drugs—it’s a lot of drug talk in the music—but in the album, I put different skits and different messages to try to tell kids it’s a bad side to this. We got Eminem on the album, talking about how he had a really bad drug problem, and he almost passed away. But he overcame it, and you can overcome it. I made sure to put stuff like that in it to try to help.

What challenges did you have while putting this together?

Bibby: It’s always tough clearing everything. I had got this footage from this Lil Wayne interview, and it was really meaningful, really powerful. It was Lil Wayne talking about how he had mental health, and he shot himself. The cops saved him. So I felt like that was really meaningful. And up until yesterday, we were even trying to clear it, and we couldn’t clear it.

    are you serious lol

The Em speech was really poignant and the song after it has a hook that goes "If I take too many Percs, then I won't die." It's pretty clear Em sees a lot of himself in juice and talks about how he was hours away from meeting the same fate that juice did. It's to help show that juice wrld's music isn't glorification of addiction but brutal honesty and a cry for help that many people in similar situations also find relatable.

At this point, It feels like they are basically putting out albums with leftovers by him without his vision being present. Just leftover tracks. I don't even know if this is anywhere near something he would have released if he was alive which is the reason I hate Posthumous albums usually unless there are someone producing it or editing it with their own perception.

I haven't listened to the album yet, don't know if I will. We'll see.

Should be a law when artists pass away that no one can touch their unfinished material and get some leechy producer who doesn’t have idea about that artists vision to make a album of money from it. This doesn’t sound anything like Juice would do or make, horrible.

Im convinced Em is the best artist of all time at painting a picture so vividly. Walk on water first verse is an excellent example

being a good artist is up for debate tho

That Eminem Speaks was crazy. Makes me think about what if he died. And also makes me think about similar like why did someone like Mac or Juice have to die. And the things they never got to live out. Mac never even got to have a child yo. Like its just so sad when a life is cut short that early. It somehow hits harder when it’s someone you idolise and that you just kind of expect will be around forever. Life is precious. RIP to all the lost ones.
