Aug 9, 2015 What is up with the animation sometimes? Idk, it just feels rushed and not polished as it became in DBZ. Most of the time the characters don't look like themselves. Starting to think a July release was a bad idea. Good episode, though. I much prefer the fight in Battle of Gods more than Super.
Aug 9, 2015 Yeah idk what's up with the animation. Hopefully it gets better as the series progresses. Yeah the fact that they can take their time and develop the plot really helps most of the series, but the fights were fast paced in the movies before which was actually better.
Aug 9, 2015 Next weeks ep looks the same... thinking maybe they should of held off and given themselves more time for the animation. The strange thing is the first episode, imo, had amazing animation.
Aug 9, 2015 thats weird, i acutally like that they extended the fight scene but i do agree on the detail it looked a little off like the drawings were rushed. so i guess im in between because the movie just rushed through the fight straight to ss3 and one hit it was over lol
Aug 9, 2015 Yeah who knows, some delay (storyboard rework etc) or malfunction might've happened in the animation studio or something. I'm sure they'll at least get better from what it is now within a few episodes. It probably won't be as good as the first two episodes again, but I have no doubt that this is the low point.
Aug 9, 2015 I just hope they redo how Goku/Vegeta go SSG... because doing it with the circle was dumb as h---, and Spoiler it then made no sense how they went SSGSS in the Frieza movie.
Aug 9, 2015 I actually didn't mind that, but a redo would be welcomed. I haven't seen the English dub yet, but SSGSS is just SSG mastered.

Aug 17, 2015 The animators were bipolar during the Cell saga, it was AMAZING sometimes and s-----y right after (see Cell vs. Android 17 then 16). Never understood as a kid why some episodes looked so different from the other
