    But he doesn't really get play on the radio (in my area at least). Hence why I count him as underground. Probably wrong though lol

    Yeah, but he runs it himself and he built it from the ground up. Independent actually means unsigned, but when it comes to Tech, I mean it more so that he plays by his own rules. Even his distribution channel is relatively minor.
