Nah… I’d need at least $100k per performance with the guarantee of being able to book consistent performances for many years to come. $5k wouldn’t be worth the embarrassment to me, going home everyday knowing I’m a huge cornball and nobody will ever love me for me. $100k would make that easier to deal with… but that’s probably an unrealistic scenario.

I’d much rather just be myself because if I market myself right, make the right connections, build up my music skills, and get lucky (all of the previous things I mentioned increase that luck by a lot) I could end up being more famous than my favorite rapper or at least close enough to be a millionaire.

I’m 21, about to be 22 in November. I would not be friends with a dude like this. I prefer to have real, genuine people as friends, not someone pretending to be someone else. I got rid of several friends last summer because they were fake. Ever since I got this smaller circle my social life has been less stressful

I understand making money off trying to look like someone, in some ways. But, this would be too embarrassing. I don’t even give a f--- for how much. This fake Drake will bring too many copy cats. Plus, looking like Drake would have been better back in the NWTS era.

Imagine telling your girls or a family reunion “yeah I check drakes socials for his latest haircuts and beards to copy for a living”

apparently makes 5k a show appearance....at least he gets paid....


But that’s not all – apparently, he’s making a whopping $5000 USD (approx. $7200 AUD) per appearance.

A video posted by Akademiks on Instagram shows Fake Drake performing for a small crowd at a party, with the caption reading: “$5k a show.”

While Akademiks did not confirm whether this was true, it isn’t the first time this number has been brought up in reference to Fake Drake’s appearance fee.

Back in November 2021, Fake Drake appeared on the No Jumper podcast and claimed that his doppelgänger gig was making him $5k a pop.
