Lmfao only reason drake has 4 more then him is because drake blew up during streaming era, and it’s easier for songs to get more digital points now then 15 years ago. Also Drake is the poster boy for streaming. Not just in rap, but in music. He was pushed by Apple Music and Spotify themselves.
May 29, 2025 it's easier for today's hits to go diamond than it was in 90s early 2000s. Back then only singles could've been sold while today you can buy and stream every song off the album that's why a successful album has all songs certified platinum or higher. Also Drake updates his certifications every 2 months, pretty sure Eminem has like 4-5 songs ready for Diamond certification.
