This isn't to ask who you think the greatest is. Music is a revolving door, new artists are born everyday and we find new favorites as some careers come to an end. It becomes much harder to pick a top 10 of all time. My question is, now and 20 years down the road, is there ever going to be a time where we say there is a rapper better than lets say tupac or biggie? Can anyone top them or are they cemented at the top because of what they did for rap? With so many great rappers to have come and gone, and more to come, is the top 5-10 going to get harder for new artists to crack or will greats of today possible fall out of the top 10 farther down the road?
