    Over the last couple weeks it’s been just fun & interesting to listen to everyone here. A lot less of a hostile edge than previously makes it one of the online stops I look forward to daily now, whereas I used to pop in every 6 months for a week or so.

    Loving the regulars and the banter and the actual thoughtful posts sometimes.

    lol yeah, no. I'm boring. Just classic rock these days... led zeppelin, the doors, pink floyd, jethro tull, janis joplin, jimi hendrix, the who, rolling stones, buffy st. marie, early fleetwood mac. The Beatles. Like that. Even my taste in rap got mostly stuck more than a decade ago. I like the old stuff still but. You know.

    My nieces call it "grandpa music"

    Imagine if that book came out now. I don’t remember specifically, did she follow the band around? Was she an adolescent, like 12 or 13? I’m too lazy to check for myself. Groupies can get held to a different standard, like prostitutes, I think, however young they are.

    If AK was 19, he was mostly a kid himself still. s--- when I was 16 I went out with a guy because I thought he was hot. Found out he was 34. It did not bother me one bit at the time It sure skeeves me out now, though.

    Kids were stupid when I was a stupid kid. I think they’re brighter these days in a lot of ways

    Maybe he feels left out because I spank him and sound mean. I actually do include stupid @Marsh in my thoughts of fun regular posters

    He gives the place a lot of color (ha) and he's usually funny to me. I like that he never seems to take himself too seriously:

    Might help that I have the same sense of humor I had in 7th grade
