Aug 1, 2015I used to take low,grade sleeping pills like candy to escape depression. In my early 20s it was so bad I ended up going to the dr for some sleep meds and he gave me 12 of them and told me to only take them as I needed them bc they were habit-forming. I ended up taking one and it knocked my sleep cycle back into a completely normal routine. That was in 2009, thankfully my new job is from 1030 pm to the early morning hours so my lack of being able to fall asleep won't impact my work days
