    I don't mind them. The only thing I'm still not sure on where I stand though is PDA. I know its love and all and I don't wanna sound ignorant but I think it'd be confusing to lets say a 6 year old to see two dudes kissing at the park or something.

    Do you try to hit on lesbians if you know they're lesbians (hint: if you do, you're a douchebag)? Gay guys have no interest in hitting on straight guys. Why would they?

    I don't mind it as long as you're not trying to f--- me, do whatever makes you happy. I don't like how the media portrays homosexuality to be normal, because in my opinion it's not. I respect everyone though, so as long as you show me respect were straight. Gay guy I work with tells me I have a nice a--- all the time and hugs me and tells me I'm good looking and stuff, and im surprised it doesn't bother me. Guess I'm pretty open minded.

    Why? About four percent of the United States identifies as gay (a conservative estimate, considering how many people are probably still in the closet). About four percent of the USA is also Asian. Would it be confusing for a six year old to see two Asian people kissing? I know race ≠ gender but statistically you have about the same chance of seeing an asian couple as a gay couple. There will be a lesser chance a child grows up bigoted if they live around lots of different types of people.

    Yeah, obviously it's something that can happen, but the majority of people will leave you alone when they find out you don't swing that way. I've been unknowingly hitting on lesbians before and stopped once they let me know by kinda just bringing it up through relevant conversation. Makes it a lot less awkward, it's an honest mistake anyone could make. I just think it's strange that so many straight guys have this irrational fear of gay guys trying to f--- them when that's clearly not the case.

    @Bruce Wayne your story is no different than if you got drunk and started hitting on a female friend who you would never hit on if you were sober. Being drunk can f--- with your inhibitions and you can start hitting on someone you know you shouldn't be hitting on, it's not exclusive to being gay or straight.

    Was just about to say the same thing in response to your previous post. I think PDA in general is distasteful beyond normal kissing/holding hands/etc and children shouldn't be tonguing each other no matter what sexual preference they have.

    I remember two of my friends in preschool were adopted and had two lesbian parents. My parents never really explained it to me and I honestly don't remember thinking it was that weird, just different than how most of my friends' families are. It would def be a bit harder to explain, but I think if you're introduced to a concept at a young age it won't really phase you.
