I've been thinking about these two projects a lot lately. I want to get the overall consensus of what the S80 community prefers. These two tapes are the most underrated tapes in Kendrick's surprisingly extensive discography. I've always felt that the Kendrick Lamar EP was his most underrated tape (C4 is a good tape with quality gems on such as G Code in which Kendrick goes over the Kanye produced Let the Beat Build, a song that is a staple in Kendrick's discography not so much lyrically but because of his sound and to mesh with the style of Kanye West) In any event i've been comparing The Kendrick Lamar EP and OD to see which is the better project. I think OD has better highs as well as one of if not Kendrick's most underrated songs that being Opposites Attract; just a 10/10 flawless track from Kendrick. Both tapes offer classic tracks like the one I just mentioned above and extremely solid and cohesive tracks overall creating some of the most underrated tapes in rap overall. So I ask which tape is better not what you as a music listener prefer? @KendrickSXN
one of the best instrumentals Kendrick ever used
everything Kendrick is in one classic track
What else needs to be said...
Kendrick at his finest
I can argue this everyday to be a top 10 if not top 5 Kendrick song...
