Oct 11, 2015 His voice is no doubt different but I think it's intentional. Like others have said he can perform the old stuff pretty good (maybe not exact from the first two albums, he lost the ghetto accent lol) and a few songs have shown he still has a very similar voice (warning, gtc)
Oct 11, 2015 All I'm saying is that if his next album is all tracks like Fine Line, GOF, Medicine Man, & The Hills, It will be dope. I want an original song from him and The Weeknd on his new album, not just a remix. I feel like they could create something amazing. Just imagine A "Wicked Games" type beat and "SFTM" or "Medicine Man" type Lyrics. As for his voice, it clearly has changed and his old voice is much smoother but with layering I think it will sound fine. And on those songs I didn't think it was bad tbh

Oct 11, 2015 age and live performances change ur voice. and smoking weed. so drugs/live performances changed it very little. tbh he still sounds very similar. i like his voice still :P

Oct 11, 2015 I've been saying this for ages now, his voice is f----- up and it makes his music sound so much shittier than it (already) is. His last voice which sounded decent was the Relapse voice. Not the accent, the voice (Beautiful, The Warning, CWYWF, My Mom). He f----- up so badly then by releasing that album, because ever since his voice has deteriorated. Even Recovery was alright minus the shouting, but on MMLP2, Shady XV and Southpaw his voice has been a mixture of weird, forced and corny.

Oct 11, 2015 his voice sounded fine to me on recovery even though he was yelling so i dont think drugs effected his voice.but since mmlp2 its a hit or miss. i read somewhere that he stopped layering his voice since mmlp2, i think that might be the reason.
