Nov 5, 2015 but you did, there are shitload of posts in this thread where you literally said word for word "FUTURE IS MORE POPULAR" then literally said to me when i questioned you "yes, in "more relevant" kinda way"
Nov 5, 2015 How could anyone doubt Eminem's popularity? n----- I had to get up at half six to buy a ticket for his concert.. They were sold out in couple of minutes. 90 k of them..
Nov 5, 2015 i will bet both my balls that Em has AT LEAST 5 times the fans of future in the age of 13-18
Nov 5, 2015 walk around any highscool tommorrow and ask them who theyve heard of more. it will be eminem everytime. have you forgotten that this dude has made a HUGE impact on society? way more than future could dream of
Nov 5, 2015 f--- i honestly cant keep seeign this f---in beatdown hopefully skipyp will stop talking before this smackdown gets more ugly sleepin now bye
Nov 5, 2015 No it wasnt a cause and effect statement I was saying that firstly, Future has done more for hip hop and been more relavnt to hip hop in 2015. Secondly, going off of anecdotal evidence, fitting into the target audience, I said that Future is more popular amongst said audience. Consequently, I was airing my complaints that they put on Eminem while listing rappers more relevant to the scene and more popular with the specific group a rap headliner would be focused on. Cue education jokes.
Nov 5, 2015 @Koolo where's your rock 14 joke or whatever since you're not gonna actually discuss anything without presuming everything first
Nov 5, 2015 Yes among the listed demographic, not as a whole Should I say it another 26 times so it gets thru or nah
Nov 5, 2015 Future has dropped 5 critically acllaimed projects, 3 for free, in the time Eminem has dropped Shady XV.
Nov 5, 2015 n----- you talkin to Chad Warden with that paragraph f--- Koolo he's not involved this is Chad vs. Skippy here ...and, I agree with you on the fact that Future/Kendrick deserve to headline a show more than Eminem but you f--- up when you say that Eminem isn't as popular with young concert goers lol, that's where the L's are being caught
Nov 5, 2015 and i agree with that statement but future has not done more for hip hop. not even this year. would future be anywhere he is at without drake? no drake is the reason future is popular
Nov 5, 2015 True, but that's honestly completely unrelated to my initial point and only became a part of discussion when people misinterpreted what I was saying. My original point still stands.
Nov 5, 2015 This is a problem for two reasons though. 1.) Eminem is a GIANT name. He has more fans from every walk of life, every demographic. Legends headline festivals all the time because they sell the most tickets. Even people who don't like them that much will be interested because it's a significant event. Someone like Future may be more relevent to modern music, but Eminem is more relevent to music in general. You go to cool, low-key venues to see that new guy with buzz, you don't headline massive events with them. 2.) "Relevence" is not more important than popularity. They're booked to sell tickets. Eminem would undeniably sell more. He doesn't need recent buzz because he's so well cemented in music. Young people do still listen to Eminem.
Nov 5, 2015 Holy h--- this is why I don't go in the eminem sxn, n----s spend 10 pages nitpicking something you said 5 pages in as if it correlates with your main point and then say s--- like "future wouldn't be here without Drake" wtf
Nov 5, 2015 okay this is stupid lol future has killed it this year, Em hasn't done nearly as much future was gaining traction well before drizzy got involved
