Nov 5, 2015 i THINK the major problem is you dont understand your own words..you dont understand what relevance means..you tried for pages to say Eminem is less popular then you talk about "no i was talking about relevance" but you werent..so you either dont understand what the term means, or you confused and let me break your imaginary bubble..your dead wrong about Em having soccer moms as fans or just white kids...go see any of his last shows...its filled with black people
Nov 5, 2015 ouch, i was trying to redirect the fact that nobody had initially said it, and it was all conjecture, but you went for the throat.
Nov 5, 2015 but its true...the world doesnt give two f---s about internet forums or "hip hop heads"..MMLP2 is a huge album...social media/shows is what really shows someones worth now...we are so f---ing delusional nowdays that we think whats popular on something like ktt actually represent real life...Eminem is f---ing GIGANTIC
Nov 5, 2015 Okay but can we all agree that Eminem doesn't deserve as much fans when there's better (rap)music to be listened to?
Nov 5, 2015 So tell me why popularity didn't come out of my mouth 'til page 2 or 3 and the first thing i actually mentioned was relevance and you dont know what you're talking about so straw man time
Nov 5, 2015 The white argument doesn't always work, Thats ignorant. Besides Em, Pac & Biggie on my Ipod, I got... Cole, Jack Johnson, James Brown, Jay Rock, Jay Z, John Lennon, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Keane, Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, Lana Del Rey, Lil Wayne, Linkin Park, Lloyd Banks, The Lonely Island, Lorde, Lupe Fiasco, Mac Miller, Maroon 5, Michael Jackson, N.W.A, Nas, Nicki Minaj, Obie Trice, Paul Mccartney, Pusha T, Queen, Radiohead, Rick Ross, Rihanna, ScHoolboy Q, Slaughterhouse, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, T.I, Travis Scott, Tyler, The Creator, The Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa, Xzibit, Yelawolf, YG, 50 Cent and The 1975. We can't use the "corny whites" to place blame why Em is more popular.
Nov 5, 2015 word that s--- was sad though, i was anticipating that hoping he was gonna eclipse kanye's performance drake still the GOAT tho, f--- it
Nov 5, 2015 Future has an album with Drake, if you're arguing "everyone" in hip hop theoretically heard MMLP2, then everyone in hip hop has checked out WATTBA as well Not to mention DS2 did great numbers Im pretty sure the dudes comment was just weird...to me thats all. There a good amount of people in hip hop that dont even check out what Em drops anymore lol. I only do because of this forum.
Nov 5, 2015 Because Eminem, like it or not, is one of the biggest rap stars on the planet, even today. And even those that hate him or haven't liked him in years will still give it a chance, because it's Eminem. I challenge you to find anyone deep in the "rap community" that hasn't listened to MMLP2 at least once.
Nov 5, 2015 most dont check his singles but when he drops an album, everyone hears it. dudes name alone is f---ing huge GLOBALLY
Nov 5, 2015 i can 3 of my friends irl off top, and they follow rap closely closely enough to know to avoid an eminem album if they can lol
Nov 5, 2015 Yeah definitely would've been nice to have "killed it at Coachella" on his resume. Hopefully he gets another shot. On Em though, I think he'll do well unless he's out there duck walking the entire time.
