Eminem biggest flaw is his working 8 hours daily 5 days a week in the studio.

I can see this obviously in his new releases. I can feel that every song he makes is f---in complicated as f--- with scheme and hidden rhymes. He spends a lot of time making music.

The difference between old Eminem and new Eminem is like the difference between how a doctor talks to his nurses in a complicated way that you won't understand because it is deep and complex as f---, and the way the same doctor talks to you, you understand everything and understand the whole conversation and even enjoy it.

He needs to get out of his k-mart mansion and get back to his old friends, love, have sex, play basket ball, go to more shows like Ellen and Jimmy Kimmel, act on movies instead of rejecting every f---in offer, performing in Superbowl even if its for free, collaborating more (glad he did the Hills), writing in twitter, Facebook by his own, contact with his fans, eat more and work out.

He needs to become interesting again, its not hard for him, he has the talent.

Sitting 24/7 at the studio with pad and old producing devices of course will make him obsessed with his lyrics. And won't make him any more interesting.

Why the f--- wouldn't he like to surprise fans in public like many famous artists would do. I mean have you ever watched footages taken by Paparazzis of Eminem ? probably not more than 2 to 3 videos.

I don't say current Eminem sucks, he's still legend and the most talented artist on my opinion, but he wastes a lot of potential.. Why ?? because he doesn't even care, he has money, popularity, and everyone loves him, he even hates his popularity, he doesn't have anything more to prove to the world. but come on Marshall.

Also, as somebody mentioned, I don't like his new froggy voice, I'm not sure if Eminem do it intentionally or its just aging.

Also, you don't surprise your fans with a whole new style and expect them to love it immediately, at least give us some hints and transform gradually, that what happened on Relapse, Recovery, MMLP2, and by the way I love all of them so much, but I hated them at first but they grew in me because they are real art, but I expected different Eminem style on all of 'em.
