    Ya'll bit older than me but not by much. I was a early 2000's guy

    my memories mostly revolve waiting days to download music because in 2002-2003 s--- was slow
    Napster
    radio was all pop music, rap stations played eminem/fifty 24/7
    being able to take your music (and a lot of it) with you, like when i copped the ipod shuffle

    I didn't even have the fake rollies... I had bare wrists at 12 years old. The struggle was so real.

    I miss those music stores like F.Y.E & Coconut, those damm cd players were all that you ever needed back then. The first iPods were such a struggle looking back now :laff:. I got really into hip-hop around 05 I think, thats when I tried listening to all the classics and whatnot.

    I personally think Biggie is the better artist.
    RTD and LAD were both very incredible, and judging by the last verse he ever recorded (Victory off Puff's album) he was going to keep improving.
    Biggie was also the better storytelling.
    Somebody's Gotta Die, N-ggaz Bleed, Me & My b----, etc. were so well detailed that you could imagine everything that happened.

    2pac has the some of the greatest s--- like Dear Mama, Keep Ya Head Up but Biggie's flow is goat I enjoy listenin' to Biggie more even though 2pac is better than him.
