    Tupac is the reason I'm a hiphop fan, but Hov is otherwordly at rapping.

    It's close, but I'ma go with Hov.

    EDIT: Nah f--- it, Tupac had me ready to become a black panther when I was 12, I can't vote against him. Tupac is better.
