    Pac has the better single songs and was objectionally more influential than jay,

    But i enjoy reasonable doubt and the blueprint more than any full pac album, so jay z from a personal perspective....

    Tupac is the reason I'm a hiphop fan, but Hov is otherwordly at rapping.

    It's close, but I'ma go with Hov.

    EDIT: Nah f--- it, Tupac had me ready to become a black panther when I was 12, I can't vote against him. Tupac is better.

    Okay for the people who voted tupac and said 'not even close' or 'by far'. Find 20-30 best pac verses iyo and I'll post 20-30 Jay verses and lets compare.

    I still love his music, but yup.

    Tupac's music had a rare charisma, that put's it over the top for me.
