Em made hip-hop bigger and everyone has to respect the underdog winning.
The current goats respect Em I don't see why Pac wouldn't

I remember Eminem talking about how 2pac wouldn't be down with Ja Rule. Maybe not but does Eminem really think 2pac would respect him? Eminem is a clear misogynist and 2pac was really against that. I think 2pac would see Eminem as an impostor to the art of hip hop. While 2pac used it as an outlet to send messages, Eminem destroyed that and used hip hop to spread hate. 2pac would not respect him and would most likely be very vocal about it.

I've said this before but yeah Em and 2pac likely would have feuded at some point had he lived to see Em's rise to fame. They both had pretty opposite mind sets. I just don't think Pac would have appreciated some crazy white boy who raps about killing/raping his mother taking over the hip-hop scene. Not to mention Dre and Pac had issues already as it is.Soldier, Michael Myers, asvdawg and 2 others like this. -

This thread has no serious goal and does not make sense. Both are in my top 5. Misogynie has always been part of Hip Hop, Tupac himself had serious misogynistic content ( contradictional to 'Keep your head up' and let's not talk about his alleged sexual assaults towards women so knock it off)
Also I'm pretty sure that if somebody like Rakim respects Em, Pac would do so too.
Also Em globalized Hip Hop and has some of the strongest messages ( Sing for the moment,Hailie's song, Rock bottom, it goes on and on ). Close threadLast edited: Dec 4, 2015Ndray, asvdawg, froboy6942 and 1 other person like this. -

No he wouldn't because Tupac was intelligent. Attacking someone over something they said in the heat of the moment at 16 years old is the opposite of that. That's why nobody attacked him, neither Nas or Jay- Z. And let's not forget that Nas adressed this.
Also, yes both Em and Pac have huge egos but I don't see any reason for them to beef, if anything they would've made amazing art together. -

Pac was still cool with Suge up until he died. I think there would have been a Pac/Suge vs Eminem/Dre feud.asvdawg, Ordinary Joel and Mike02 like this. -

That's actually a really good point. We'll never know if he would've liked him or not. Possibly not for the reasons you said, but maybe he would've given him a chance because of the Dre co-sign, etc. Snoop seems to accept Em because of Dre, but they've never really been friends or worked together. I think Pac would've been the same way.dkdnfbdjdkdddjdjfvcgfl, Maximus and Immy like this.
