Dec 4, 2015 Future got him on "Where Ya At" and "Live From The Gutter". Hov got him on "Pound Cake". Rick Ross got him on "Lord Knows". But he has never pulled a Kanye on "Forever" imo.
Dec 4, 2015 Nah, I still stand by the fact that this is one of Eminem's greatest standout features. A rare glimpse at what could have been. Could Forever actually be Eminem's greatest feature verse? Just from context: He's back from his hiatus, finally delivering a classic verse (and without accents), up against the likes of Drake, Kanye, and Wayne whom he admittedly wrote diss tracks against. Then his talent slowly faded back into obscurity like Benjamin Button in reverse
Dec 4, 2015 in terms of the songs in op, I'd say Em took Forever, and either Kenny or Drake took f---in Problems just in my personal opinion
Dec 4, 2015 True, Kanye probably agrees since he never performed that verse lol. For me it goes Em>Wayne>Drake>>>>>> Kanye
Dec 4, 2015 Drake's verse had people doing pause punchlines forever. B-but Charlie, pause punchlines R gay! Nuts they go- Macadamian they go so ballistic, whoa
Dec 4, 2015 I'm with you except I'd switch out Pound Cake for Light Up. His verse on Forever wasn't bad. The original with just him and Wayne was better until Gudda came on.
Dec 4, 2015 My minds shine even when my thoughts seem dark, Pistol on my side you don't wanna hear that thing talk, Let the king talk check the price and pay attention, Lil Wayne that's what they got to say or mention, I'm like Nevada in the middle of the summer, I'm resting in the lead I need a pillow and a cover, Shh, my foot's sleeping on the gas, No brake pads no such thing as last I love these lines tbh. More than Drake's verse. But I agree those 2 are pretty close
Dec 4, 2015 I agree depending on your criteria, but his performance (flow and delivery) was undeniably great. If that's enough to counterbalance the fact that he really said nothing in that verse, then you're not wrong in praising it. Idk, it depends on how you look at it I guess.
Dec 4, 2015 "Last name ever, first name greatest, like a sprained ankle boy I ain't nothing to play with" :s His entire verse is littered with corny/cringe worthy punchlines that I would expect to hear from a YouTube rapper. Literally this is possibly the worst verse in Drake's career. The energy/delivery on Em's verse alone makes his appearance much better.
