    I'm not wealthy but my sisters boyfriend is. He, for fun, last year invested in Pokemon cards. He's got close to $10,000 worth. One of the boxes is like original first gen set or whatever, he bought it last year for around $800, sold it the other day for $1700. Nothing major, but definitely something to think about/give you some perspective. If you put $800 into a bank, after a year it might be like $880, but if you buy, then sell pokemon cards you can double that $800.

    I have a 2000sft condo down town... it starts on the 5th floor and the 2nd level is on the 6th on a bluff that overlooks the city, best viewed from my 300sft patio. Two parking spots in the garage on the first floor. I'm never here doe.
