Jan 20, 2016 The song Twerk It, while I feel it's a bit slept on,(especially because a lot of people find the hook to be pretty repitive) is musically outstanding in my eyes. The layering of the vocals on the beat, the harmonies and especially the melodies Young Thug hits on the track are amazing. The hooks is also very necessary to what's driving my thoughts about this track, it's just so well done. What do you guys think of that track? Would definitely like to hear some opinions.
Jan 20, 2016 I like the song a lot. Would give it an 8/10. It's just not as good as most of the rest of SS2 so it stands out to me.
Jan 20, 2016 Worst track on SS2 Still agree with basically everything you said. Weird huh The verses are great. The hook IS repetitive, even if his delivery/execution is captivating
Jan 20, 2016 you think its worse than the slowed down version of love me forever? I cant even listen to that song for 15 seconds. the part where he goes "tell me what you ne ne neeeeeeed is amazing. crooning at its finest.
Jan 20, 2016 It's a bonus track, I wasn't really counting it. But yeah then it would be 2nd last haha
Jan 20, 2016 twerk it is a song sent from heaven to earth straight from an angel and its importance can only be fathomed by the greatest of minds thug masterfully laid down what should be musical history if not for people simply not being smart enough to comprehend it in its full genius for example "I'm in the kitchen just wrappin" we already have a quintuple entendre that is also social commentary on life of the people of america he's "wrappin" drugs is what the ignorant people can only hear, he's also rapping which is because he raps because hes a rapper, he's also is "rapping" on ur mind as he is about to instill all kinds of knowledge upon your being and he is "wrapping" up the lies that the government is injecting into ur brain that's 6 whole different meanings in one word "I'm rappin on bill like a motherfuckin cypher" and here we have another multiple entendre not only is he rapping as soon as he gets paid, he is rapping all the way "on" top of bill gates, the government puppet, as if it was a cIpher, since his raps are so complex that it's almost like a code at this point, which is relevant to bill gates's being controlled by the illuminati (proof). the use of motherfuckin puts emphasis on the cypher, but also has to do with the incestous relationship beween bill gates and his mother (completely coherent proof which is not nonsense spam) ""I'm in the city, I got some lil bad hoes, they gonna pull up like a diaper" being someone who is getting more and more famous, he is now in the musical spotlight for many people. due to how large he is getting, he is being targeted for mind manipulation by the secret world government societies to spread evil illuminati propaganda towards the masses. he is not allowed to leave the city due to being in the spotlight (will elaborate on next line). the 'lil bad hoes' thug refers to is actually a metaphor for the knowledge passed down his family tree for generations. the knowledge is told to the thugger family line when they're kids and dont usually make sense unless the person realizes that the reptilian people are all around us. when it all starts to make sense, the knowledge gets "pulled up" into their conscious. and since the truth sucks, and reality is really really s-----y, it gets pulled up like a diaper. "If I'm ever gettin mad man I swear I need only one shot like a sniper" an extremely rare double entendre not only is thug going to k--- you in one shot if he gets mad, but if the illuminati overlords find out he's exposing them, they'll manipulate media puppets to make people think he's mentally insane and get him killed with a single shot from a sniper i honestly don't get how people dont understand these basic facts
