    that's just not fair to Madlib, kind of offending to be honest.
    Piñata is one of the most critical acclaimed rap albums these past years. Madlib flips samples his way, and made a classic with Gibbs in a era where the trap beats are dominating. Going back to play with the soul samples doesn't mean that it will be exactly the SAME as TCD.

    yea nice, but still, why not work with kanye?
    Bink! did the DIAND beat, and Ye flipped it as he wished. RZA did So Appalled. So I dont see the problem.

    If this was the MBDTF era I wouldn't have an issue either...but it seems like a weird move after yeezus. I'm just gonna wait to hear the album at this point before commenting any further
