Feb 1, 2016 but you are a troll and you're a s--- poster on top of it..so and if by a slight chance you're being serious.. ew
Feb 1, 2016 you just can't have a normal conversation with trolls..lol kinda hard to take them serious, or know if they are serious
Feb 1, 2016 I kinda meant it though, AOR, Hair Metal & the like are rly only enjoyed by middle aged moms or boomers in their 60s and not much else. It's not very universal compared to a lot of s--- like The Beatles, The Doors, TVU, or Led Zep, though like I said I'm still not a huge fan of em. Math Rock & Dream pop though>
Feb 1, 2016 Rock is a pretty broad term but I prefer what you would call "indie" (also really broad) over "classic" rock. I'm honestly not that knowledgable about it, but Mac Demarco is prob my fave non-rap artist. I also like the Black Keys and Arcade Fire.
Feb 1, 2016 I love The Beatles though. I mean...they are classic. Of you don't like them, cool. But you gotta respect them.
Feb 1, 2016 Not much of a fan of anything modern when it comes to rock. Rock is very broad when speaking on it. Gone from classical rock to hair bands to grunge. So many eras and styles of it. I love Mac Demarco, only heard a few Black Keys songs but can't remember them. I really like these Mac songs
Feb 1, 2016 The real question is which genre produces the most boxed in, dogmatic, and wavering fans? Rock or rap, gonna say rap unless u compare them to like metal fans or punk only fans.
Feb 1, 2016 @Bleed @YoungDirtyBastard This is one of the best covers I have ever heard. Shinedown did this after Dimebag Darrel died, he was one of the founders of Pantera back in the day.
Feb 2, 2016 This is a paradox, if rap was your favourite genre, you'd hate everything non-rap and try to relate non-rap things to rap things. For example... YDB is saying Rock is better than rap. Completely true, rock gives you one of the best high's and is insanely addictive. So its better in the sense that you can smoke crack and get higher than what rap music would make you, OR, you can sell rocks and become rich, which is better than listening to rap and not getting anything. Rocks > Raps
