Jan 31, 2016 lets be real nobody listens to lyrics, they just listen to rap for melody's. Rock has way better melodies and u not hearing about black on black crimes when u hear the music. Everyone already knows deep down rock is better but just listens to rap to look cool in front of their black friends
Jan 31, 2016 I agree with your statement about Rock being better than rap.. that's obvious.. but saying no one listens to the lyrics in hip-hop (maybe not these days for the most part) is what I was disagreeing on NO one listens to Trap music for the lyrics most of the time, just the production and the way the song is executed, but "real hip-hop" fans listen for lyrics again, though... I agree with Rock > Rap in general

Jan 31, 2016 The only black friend I had hates rap with impunity other than Tech N9ne & ICP. He loved metal though, and got me into Burzum. Varg makes dope a--- music. But I ain't about dat corpse paint life. That said Rock is ofc a lot better.
