Now it seems that everybody is on the streaming wagon, what streaming service do you use and or prefer, I use to spend most of my paychecks on cds years ago than slowly transitioned to streaming and now i have 100s of cds sitting in my closet, though i like the physical products and knowing for a fact I now own the music, the convienance of streaming makes it easier to throw a song on anywhere I like but at the same time i feel slighty ripped off thatim paying 11 dollars a month for music rentals...

So my question is what are your opinions on streaming or do you still buy your music?

I'd rather have the original file on my cobbler and/or phone.

I spend a lot of time on the London Underground and flying long haul, relying on data to get access to my music is just not feasible in every day life.

i would never demean myself enough to pay for mp3's, or even pay for non physical copies at all

Buy stuff you like from artists you want to support. Steal everything else.

    This. Pretty much.

So many artists whose music I enjoy, but not enough to buy their s---

I have tried streaming with Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music - but I always found myself going back to the gigantic library of MP3's I have curated.

except they dont make s--- off sales, almost all of the money goes to the vendor and then the label

if you really want to support an artist, buy their merch and go to their live shows

theres a reason why most rappers just drop free mixtapes nowadays

they dont make money off sales either way, so making the music more accessable to cash more in on shows & endorsements is a better move

    >corny merch
sounds like you're listening to the wrong artists then

buying their music makes no difference at all, you're throwing away your money

if you like having physicals, then that's something else.
