    Yeah it's pretty terrible. The worst for me is the "unfollow / unswallow" part. And why he felt it was necessary to repeat that trash 3 times is beyond me.

    But nothing you've quoted has been cringeworthy and there's no reason to assume he was trying to be deep you're just projecting what you think happened in a way that makes it more convenient to rag on it
