    She was 18 when it happened. Her career was JUST getting started. This guy was supposed to help and guide her.

    Instead she got rapped, didn't know what to do, started abusing drugs, went to rehab, and now all she wanted was to not have to make SIX more albums with this creep

    What don't you get? Why she didn't ruin her career out the gate with a r--- accusation? Why she was scared to come forth? Why it took hitting rock bottom for her to do something about it?

    lying why? i dont think not wanting to make it public is shocking...being r---d has to crush someone mentality and physically...its not easy to just go and say "i got r---d !"

    A girl at the University of Virginia told some sob-story about being g--- r---d, even gained national media attention; Turned out it was a complete lie she made up for (apparently) no reason whatsoever.

    Another girl at the University of Colombia made a great big scene for weeks, accusing a guy of raping her, wanted him expelled/deported/arrested. Turned out to be a total lie she made up because he didn't want her.

    There's been a handful of smaller stories of women caught lying about r---, for "reasons" such as jealousy or a break-up, even one as f---ing stupid as boredom.

    All of this was within the last year (actually, I think UVA might be just a tiny bit older). With stories like this becoming increasingly common (be them reported by the media, or like most, published on the web where you only see them if you're looking), I've become increasingly less inclined to just believe a women who makes a claim. Because it's become apparent that women can and will lie about r--- for even the most pointless, ridiculous reasons.

    It's "innocent until proven guilty", and this line of " just believe" thinking in regards to r--- has ruined innocent people's lives.

    but he is her producer..one that been also accused of raping lady gaga...it makes zero sense for her to accuse him for no reason..getting out of contract doesnt justify accusing someone of raping you
