    Hello everyone, as you are aware I am a big fan of Kevin Gates and I would like to share his greatness with other members of this great site. Unfortunately, there is no Kevin Gates section, so for now I will treat this thread as a poverty version of a Gates section.

    Please answer the poll above, if you vote no though, could you please give reasoning in this thread. (this is to help gauge interest of Gates and how active the section would be, so mods may be swayed to create the section)

    Finally, if you don't listen to Gates, or you don't know where to begin with his music - post in here and I'll point you in the direction of some songs.

    Sounds like a lot of people on here f--- with his new album, but you never really hear anything about him on SXN80.

    I also think he's beyond dope. A weird guy, but awesome rapper.

    Gates is f---ing phenomenal, he might have the best delivery I have ever heard, his production is always great, his flow is amazing and he has meaningful lyrics and a broad amount of subjects he touches on. Maybe the best trap rapper atm.

    I only got put onto Bibby and Herbo last summer. I didn't realize it until like the last two months what they looked like. Mainly Bibby, it doesn't makes sense. Flacko said it best when he said that he sounds like a middle aged fat man.

    I been rocking with Gates since the first Luca Brasi dropped in 2013. Neon Lights and IDGAF put me on right away back then, seems that he is finally getting more attention which is great.
