    Would either of these sections have enough unique threads about them? Lots of leaked tracks like Thug or lots of interesting news/tweets like Kanye?

    Or would they soon be forgotten and sent to the graveyard like the poor Lil Wayne section?

    Don't think I ever listened to Travis Scott, gave Gates a good chance and listened to 3 of his albums. I liked some of the songs but not enough to really go back to him or be a fan.

    He's a lot better than pretty much anyone else I've heard recently in rap though. Not sure if either section would be active enough, probably depends on how often they release new music.

    Travis is alright and more popular here but Kevin Gates runs circles around him in terms of talent.

    Neither.
    Not a lot of rappers bigger than Cole right now. Probably not the best and you could make the argument that he's not even top 5-10, but the main criteria for artists sections are the ones who create the most discussion.

    Some of the best members on the site post in that section as well. That JCN thread is no different than CoolCats, NewNigs or any other discussion thread on SXN80.

    Yeah I wasn't trying to imply it wouldn't, but chat threads aside it'd still be close. My point is JColeSXN is not as dead as some make it out to be.

    If we're talking about deleting sections, EmSXN is the one to go. Idgaf how many people post in there, dude has been below average for over 10 years.

    I would rather have a Travis SXN because I like him more than Kevin but I wouldn't mind a Gates SXN either
