So, most of the people I am cool with in Drake SXN know that I'm not too fond of him. That has only come about really in the past year or so. Probably around the time IYRT dropped. I used to love Drake, I thought he was for the most part, genuine and authentic. Some would say I blindly hate on him but here's a little screenshot to disprove that for all of those who agree:

My problem now is that it seems there is nothing authentic or genuine about his music these days. He has become monotone and just flat out forgettable. At this point, he has become nothing to me but an entertainer. Not a rapper or an artist, just an entertainer who relies on the artistry and styles of others to "create" his own music.

I guess what I am saying now is that Views isn't going to be bad, but it will not be great. It will be at the bottom of the barrel with the likes of IYRT. There is really nothing objectively bad about IYRT, it's just mediocre and I feel that direction coming in with Views. This album won't be able to compare with Take Care or even Nothing Was The Same.

I hope Drake can prove me wrong with the incoming album but I have no anticipation going in. Prove me wrong, Aubrey.
