    What a night man, it was an incredible experience and he was tearing up as the performance was nearing its final stages. He talked a lot about his experiences in the business as well as social-political narratives. All in all he was really happy throughout the whole show.

    He played a couple of never before heard tracks and they sounded very promising, like you can tell which ones Manny Fresh produced but the other ones were vintage Mos Def! He brought out Slick Rick (Auditorium live>>>>) and Pharaohe Monch and of course Talib Kweli came out to perform the essentials from Blackstar. Funny enough he didn't perform Ms. Fat Booty!? It was like a dream concert for any Mos Def fan and made me realize how special his music really is :mjcry:

    Sorry for the confusion. Dec 99th is still dropping this friday. it's a collab album he did with Ferrari Sheppard.

    Negus and the Mannie fresh collab album will probably be premiered live at his show in the Apollo on Dec 21.

    EDIT: I say probably because I don't think he's releasing both projects in CDQ on Dec 21. I think he's just performing them.
