    here they're some of the best posters minus a few, but back on rg they were like a bunch of beskys but instead of bragging about metacritic scores they would tell you how you're too shallow to understand his deep lyrics

    Vanilla Ice went plat cause he was a gimmick and also times are different now and platinum with no features for a rapper is impressive (also from where Cole came from)

    No matter how much of a fa---- he turned into nowadays, I'll always love Friday Night Lights & The Warm Up. His Truly Yours (1 & 2) EPs are even better than the two retail albums that came out after that, I recommend those.

    There isn't much to hate about cole fans imo. The ones I know are cool guys like FireSquad and we all know Cole is not that special but makes some enjoyable music.

    Jay fans are the best because you simply can't overrate the greatest of all time :hov2:

    Exactly. Where guys like future/kanye etc add new things to rap music and try different things, cole makes generic, easy to listen to music. And honestly that's fine. However, some songs are fantastic like this one

    yeah exactly, he has talent for sure and tons of great music but none of his albums are really good front to back listens

    Yeah that sums me and a few others up nowadays :laff: it was even more hilarious back when JCN was still up, there was some very brutal disputes back then.

    Seriously though I have been a fan of Cole for a long time now and it bugs me that him going platinum with no features makes him grammy worthy to some fans. You know who else went platinum with no features? Vanilla Ice

    Coles music is fine as long as you don't expect too much of it. It can be great for background music/car music. His voice sounds good and he raps over nice production mostly. I think listening to full albums is pretty boring, but a lot of individual songs are not bad at all.
