First off, it's important that you don't stigmatize her and her situation... she needs to know that you are her friend and you are not judging her. I suggest you do heroin with her so she knows it's okay. I bet sharing her needle will show her you like her and seems real romantic.

I think heroin addicts have bad withdrawals so you should buy some other drugs that will help her come off of it gently like cocaine, crystal m---, angel dust and bath salts.

Maybe she needs something else for her to live for... like maybe a child? You should try to impregnate her right away... that could be the thing that saves her life and bring you two really close together.

Won't be easy, especially with something like heroin. The withdrawl from that is also horrible so that doesn't help. You certainly can help her though especially if she's interested in you too.

Let's all just hope JMG's next thread isn't 'I'm addicted to heroin' or something.
