Aug 23, 2016 There certainly is life beyond the Yeezy Boosts that you’ve come to love, because Kanye West’s reach will hit a sport category that Kanye himself loves more than anything. In 2017, Yeezy basketball shoes are set to release, with Adidas Hoops athletes presumed to be wearing the shoes in actual games. However, interviews with Lillard, Harden, Rose, and Wiggins from a few weeks back revealed that they’ve never had any contact with Kanye regarding shoe designs or anything else on the subject. This expansion of the Yeezy brand was made known earlier this summer when Adidas announced the extended partnership of the brand and the Yeezy imprint, and long before the first Yeezy Boost was released in February 2015, we heard rumors from within the brand that West already had designs ready for the next D Rose shoe. Kanye himself plays in a lot of low-top running shoes, so our guess is that a low-cut model is definitely in the works. Stay tuned for more. http://sneakernews.com/2016/08/23/kanye-west-yeezy-basketball-shoes/ Yeezy really trying to jump over the jumpman.
Aug 23, 2016 more nervous than anything, adidas has a terrible track record with basketball shoes but in nonetheless
Aug 23, 2016 They've quietly killed it performance wise for the last 2 years or so, basically ever since they started using Boost.
Aug 23, 2016 Rose 5 (1st basketball shoe to feature boost) Spoiler: D Rose 5 Spoiler: D Rose 6 Spoiler: D Rose 7 Spoiler: Lillard 2 Spoiler: Crazylight Boost 2015 Spoiler: Crazylight Boost 2016 Spoiler: Crazy Explosive 2016 Rose 773 line is a really nice basketball takedown model too. Lillard 1's were really popular. Last year they started using primeknit (their version of flyknit), 1st on the D Rose 6 and we should see it on the 7's, Lillard 3's, Crazylights/Explosives, and potentially Harden's 1st adidas sig.
Aug 23, 2016 see the only marginally attractive shoes in there are the crazy explosives (which are actually gorgeous tbh) and the rose 7's s--- like the rose 6's and the lillard 2's coke off as just gross to me
Aug 23, 2016 Explosives are super nice, I'm big on lows now so idk if I'd hoop in them but they look great. New Crazylights are solid too. If anything their 2016 lineup shows they're improving. Even though some of them aren't that aesthetically pleasing they're all good performers.
Aug 23, 2016 Leaked pics of the Harden 1 Spoiler: Harden 1 The upcoming adidas JHarden 1 has leaked onto the Internet and it gives us a good look at what to expect once the sneaker becomes available. Materials are a mixture between knit and synthetics. The shoe features a very similar build to the adidas CrazyLight Boost 2.5 from last season, and reminds us a bit of past sneakers such as the Converse Wade 1 and the Air Jordan 2010. Full length Boost is used for the cushion. It’s exposed on the medial side while the lateral is double-last at the forefoot and caged within a TPU frame at the rear — much like the recently released adidas Crazy Explosive. Traction is pretty wild and we’re hoping it works well. You can see two colorways below in a blackout and Rockets color scheme. No word on a release date or price, but once the information is made available we’ll be sure to update you. In the meantime, check out what the JHarden 1 has to offer and share your thoughts with us in the comment section. http://weartesters.com/adidas-jharden-1-gets-leaked/
Aug 24, 2016 Adidas needs to hurry up with the widespread Yeezy release or everyone will be shopping at Aldo
Aug 25, 2016 If I had to guess those are the sample/prototype pair that Adidas gave to him to test. The 1st images of a lot of old Kobe's/Bron's were always blacked out.
