Shes one of the biggest draws in the UFC and was the best Women's fighter OAT at 135 LBS. Doesn't really matter how the fight turned out tbh.

Amanda Nunes Title defense vs Juliana Pena does 200K PPV buys and her Title defense against Ronda will probably do over A Million.

I don't even like Ronda tbh, but you're kind of a dumbass if you don't get why she got this Title shot. Every dominant Champ in UFC history has gotten an immediate rematch after a loss, but the belt changed hands a couple times and Ronda took a year off.

Idk I really don't see the issue in Ronda getting a title shot? She single handily built up the women's divisions and dominated everyone along the way until Holly.

I do think it's whack that she's not doing any press/promo.

Rocky was on a huge winning streak when he fought Clubber. Ronda just basically got her career and ended by Holly Holm and then decided to come back and face a harder puncher in Nunes.

If we have to make Rocky comps then Ronda is more like Apollo when he loses to Rocky in the 2nd movie, then stupidly comes back to fight Drago in #4 and dies in the ring.
