    i have no inside knowledge of this list this year, but i'd say always skew a little more established than you might think. the freshmen aren't really supposed to be the best newcomers; they're supposed to be the young artists who have the best chance of becoming A-listers in the next 12 months.

    I dont care for Famous Dex, I understand he influenced some people out right now but obviously they doing it better than him.
