    I always liked Evol, but I thought the sound was played so I never listened to it much after it dropped.

    But now that I desperately miss Future, I've been going back to it and this s--- rides. I suggest everyone revisit it if it's been a while.

    I've always been a curious outsider when it came to future. His music never really clicked with me, until recently. About a month ago I put on wattba and I enjoyed it a lot. But I didn't listen to anything else. This past Monday I was working overnight and I put on DS2 and f---ing loved it. I listened to honest last night and loved it as well.

    So what should be my next listen? Purple reign? Evol? Something else? I feel kind of lucky getting into future at this point because everything is new to me but at the same time I feel bad I always just dismissed him because he didn't sound like someone I'd like.

    One of my favorites on Evol.
    @soul intent You really can't go wrong with any of his projects. Check out Monster, Beast Mode and 56 Nights asap though.

    always felt EVOL was overhated but understood where some of the hate was coming from. like you said, the sound was somewhat played but there really isn't a bad song on this joint.

    neither did I but it actually really grew on me. think i played some of the other songs too much so when I heard that it ended up clicking.
