Feb 11, 2017Just say you were in school the past two years and are taking a break to make money. The longer you wait/the older you get the harder it is to get a job with large gaps of unemployment so jump on it now. And don't think you're above working a job like McDonald's or whatever in the meantime -- anything is better than nothing and you can put that on your resume while you're looking for a different job.

I don't know how old you are but if you're relatively young, like 21 ish or younger it'll be pretty normal to not have had a ton of work experience. If you were in school during that time or doing something productive, then the 2 year gap won't look nearly as bad.
Plus if you did a good job somewhere for 6 months and didn't get fired that'll look decent too, even if it was 2 years ago..Just apply to a bunch of places, wait a week or so and you'll probably start getting interviews.dkdnfbdjdkdddjdjfvcgfl, Kush Gawd and Ordinary Joel like this.
