    i wasn’t prepared to be a winner of anything so I don’t have a speech prepared, so I’ll just wing it and say shout-out the whole creative section and off topic plus the Durag for pushing me and telling me I s--- every day.
    And shout out to lasik I know you expected to win this so keep trying hard and maybe next year you’ll be able to rap like me and win an awesome JMG award. Peace b------s.

    it's a shame but it's true. hard to get people to post on forums when reddit/twitter exist even tho imo forums are sooooo much better for both real discussion and shitposting. 99% of people on reddit are forgettable and nameless by nature and while twitter has some decent communities it's never as fun or feels as tight-knit as a forum does. you rarely get memorable characters like JMG on subreddits.

    discord is the only good alternative but even then its a diff experience cuz its a chat not a message board

    I recently told the story about my first JMG Day expierence and how he promised retirement and I fell for it. Years passed and JMG Days came and went and he continued to promise retirement and every year since I dismissed it. This year has been different I built a resume that finally got on JMGs radar and was welcomed with open arms to his team even labeled as the most underrated poster.....I've been very behind the scenes for this parade and I know this time it's not bs...still gathering my thoughts on this but for now I just want to say you will be missed my friend thank you for all your hard work and I hope you find peace after S80...no one can match your level of work but I hope to be one of the few posters you look to that can continue your dominance.

    I've been to every JMG day and I think this one has gotta easily be number 1. Congrats to all the awards winners, keep your trophy safe so you can show it off for years to come.

    Can't wait for JMG's speech to wrap up this perfect weekend of events. The only bad news is we now have to wait a whole year until another JMG day, perhaps we need to plan some kinda event in the winter to hold us over? Let's be honest christmas is pretty mid compared to this big spectacle we all just witnessed.
