Jun 2, 2016 nah, this is great but I'm hyped about another one Back in 2012, we wrote that the Avalanches and Danny Brown collaborated on "Frank Sinatra", a song due to appear on the Avalanches' long, long-awaited follow up album to 2001's Since I Left You. Now, it appears that "Frank Sinatra" wasn't a one-time deal: As Brown tells Australia's Triple J (via NME), there's another song waiting to be heard. It was written in person, too, whereas "Frank Sinatra" was composed over email. "I did one song with them a while ago and it was cool," Brown told Triple J. "They felt like it was OK and I felt like it was OK. But then we actually got in the studio and made a record and I swear the record we made is incredible. 'Frank Sinatra' was the first one we did. That was cool but the one we did after that... I swear, if we put that out, it'll change the world. I heard it that first night and that was the only time I heard it. Jun 2, 2016 Downloading Avalanches first album now. Never heard of them until today but I just checked Electricity on Youtube and it's nice. And they're from Australia so that piqued my interest.
Jun 2, 2016 I checked out the singles and they were good but I'm kinda shocked I didn't hear any of them as a kid on radio or music shows on TV. Especially considering the acclaim it seems to have.

Jun 2, 2016 I went in to this not knowing Danny brown and doom were featured when Danny came on I'm like ohhh this must be the track that was reported he was on then I heard doom and fell out of bed
Jun 3, 2016 Digging the sample. Danny sounds great on the beat when I can hear him. Sounds like Doom just sent some s--- in. Kind of sounds like a throwaway track without any real structure to their verses. I'd be interested in the instrumental.
